Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Loves Park, IL. This role involves assisting customers with shipping, printing, and business service needs while providing a positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Answer customer questions and recommend appropriate services Pack and label shipments according to company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Support daily operations and work collaboratively with team members Assist customers with printing needs Must be available

Saturdays Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Basic computer and math skills Attention to detail and a positive attitude Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends Experience in Print or graphic design is a plus
