Store Team Member Job Summary:

Store Team Members help create a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, restocking shelves, operating checkout systems, preparing orders, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed. Operate cash registers and self-checkout stations. Pick and pack customer orders for pickup or delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Monitor inventory and report low-stock items. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines (if applicable). Lift, carry, and move products safely. Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals. Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Customer service or retail experience is a plus but not always required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 49 pounds. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
