Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive salesperson to join our team in a commission-based role. In this position, you will play a key role in identifying and connecting with seniors who require in-home services, helping bridge the gap between clients and essential care solutions. Our company focuses on person-to-person sales . Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships, and promoting our services using a combination of traditional outreach methods. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in people's lives while driving business growth. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, caregivers, and community organization. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with seniors and their families Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a commission-based role Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
