Job Description
Full-Time Retail Sales Person The Pure Fishing Plano outlet store is looking for a Retail Store Associate! This individual is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment. This role plays a key part in creating a positive shopping experience and achieving store sales goals. Schedule is currently Tuesday- Saturday 8-9 hour shifts, but it may change in the future as business dictates, including Sundays. The ideal candidate will have : Assist / ring up consumers, able to handle transactions that are both card & cash Maintain accurate inventory Ensure profitability of sales Stay up to date on product knowledge Work with E&O manager / brand managers to help move E&O inventory Make bank deposits and get change as needed. Count register down at end of night. Use forklift and/or pallet jack to move product into store. Keep store neat, orderly, and safe. Flexible schedule due to business needs Additional qualifications that will help you be successful in this role: Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. Ability to use a pallet jack. Fork-lift certified, or willing to become certified Basic computer skills (Email, internet, Microsoft Excel) Basic math skills with or without the aid of a register and/or calculator Ability to use a credit card terminal.
