Full-time Job Description We are looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking Store Associates to join our 7-Eleven team in Schaumburg. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating the register, preparing food and beverages, stocking merchandise, and keeping the store clean and organized. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required. We will train motivated candidates who have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly service Operate the cash register and process payments accurately Prepare fresh food, coffee, and other beverages Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays Maintain clean counters, floors, restrooms, and food-service areas Check identification for age-restricted products Receive deliveries and organize inventory Follow all food-safety, security, and store procedures Complete additional duties assigned by management Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and responsible Strong communication and customer-service skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Must meet the legal age requirements for the position Convenience-store, gas-station, retail, or food-service experience is preferred but not required Apply through Indeed with your contact information, availability, and relevant work experience.
