Retail Associate — Let's Link Jewelry Part-Time | Thursday-Sunday Let's Link Jewelry is looking for a friendly, reliable, and personable Retail Associate to help keep our Sheffield storefront running smoothly! This position is focused on retail sales and taking care of the store while customers shop. You will not be responsible for performing permanent jewelry services, but you'll help create a welcoming experience for customers visiting the shop. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming shopping experience Assist customers with shopping for jewelry, charms, accessories, apparel, and other retail items Answer questions and make product recommendations Operate the POS system and process customer purchases Handle cash and card transactions Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day Restock merchandise and keep displays looking full and organized Help maintain and merchandise displays Monitor the store while permanent jewelry appointments are taking place Answer basic questions about the store and products Help with opening and closing duties Package purchases and keep shopping supplies stocked Assist with occasional inventory counts and other small store tasks Create a fun, upbeat, and welcoming environment for customers What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers Reliable and responsible Organized and detail-oriented Someone who enjoys jewelry, fashion, shopping, and retail Comfortable working independently Good communication skills Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required Must be available to work Thursday-Sunday Schedule Part-time, primarily Thursday-Sunday Exact hours may vary depending on the store schedule and events. Weekend availability is required.
