As part of Connection's Microsoft Center of Excellence our Microsoft Solutions Associate functions as a dedicated Microsoft resource supporting our Business Solutions Group.

Knowledge of Microsoft lifecycle and renewals process Familiarity with Microsoft Volume licensing Comfort presenting to inside teams. Strong consultative skills The desire to build, grow and forge lasting relationships. Ability to efficiently manage competing priorities. Superb communication skills Excellent attention to detail What is a typical day: Function as a dedicated consultative resource for Sales, Sales leadership, and customers focused on Microsoft solutions providing recommendations that best fit the goals of the customer. Deliver industry-based insights to our customers focusing on pain points leading to Microsoft modern solutions. Provide Microsoft Volume Licensing (MVL) product, pricing and program guidance to Account Managers and customers. Manage inbound support requests from Account Managers in a timely fashion. Position Connection services offerings to support Microsoft adoption and utilization. Stay current on programs, technical knowledge, market trends and operational models. Engage in Microsoft opportunity conversations with customers to build additional value and position Connection professional and managed services.
