Job Description
As a Retail Customer Consultant , you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, helps them find the perfect products, and ensures they have an outstanding shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly and professional manner Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions including card payments when applicable Support upselling efforts by recommending additional products or deals that meet customer needs Accurately provide customers with product knowledge, pricing, promotions and updates Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus but not required — we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
