Full time Job purpose At LiquiTech, the Customer Success Associate focuses on sales support and logistics coordination. These are what keep our business running for the customers and communities we serve. As a Customer Success Associate you prepare quotes and proposals for our outside sales team, manage regional logistics and order processing, and keep service renewals, purchase orders, and cross-department requests moving accurately and on time. This role suits a detail-oriented, proactive professional who is motivated by the mission behind the work - helping build a healthier future by ensuring safe water access for millions. Duties and responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. » Support outside sales personnel by preparing quotations and proposals. » Oversee all logistical necessities to keep the region running smoothly and efficiently. » Create quotes for repairs and other miscellaneous items and work with customers directly to receive payment. » Process orders and purchase requests in an expedited and accurate manner. » Track and organize all annual service renewals, working with Account Management to gather purchase orders and contract renewals for the services. » Prioritize and complete requests from internal and external parties with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. » Work across departments with Sales, Engineering, Account Management, Manufacturing and Accounting to create a collaborative work environment. » Generate and coordinate the submission of reports, using digital platforms. » Arrange internal meetings and execute necessary administrative duties, including e-mail correspondence, data entry, and maintaining department database records. » Respond to order- and account-related inquiries from customers and internal teams. » Identify areas of process improvement and collaborate on solutions. » Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers and internal staff, handling all issues with professionalism and respect for all those involved. » Bring a motivated, dependable, team-minded approach that makes you a daily asset to your department and the LiquiTech team as a whole. » Other duties as assigned. Requirements » Associate's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience. » Experience supporting outside sales teams, coordinating logistics or order fulfillment, or working in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain preferred. » Technical support experience in the sciences fields a plus. » Experience with the ability to create graphs, perform advanced Microsoft Office functions and prepare reports preferred. » Incredibly strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. » Ability to self start tasks and fulfill requirements independently and creatively. » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. » High level of problem solving and critical thinking ability. » Excellent written and oral communication abilities. » CRM experience (Hubspot) and/or ERP or order-management systems (SAP) a plus. Working conditions This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical requirements » Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours a day. » Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. » The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects.
