Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, sales, and transactions accurately. Manage food service customer orders with efficiency, upselling products to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing surfaces, organizing supplies, and adhering to sanitation standards for food safety. Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, ovens, and other food prep tools. Ensure all food handling procedures meet health regulations and safety guidelines to promote a safe environment for staff and customers. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during overnight hours while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or customer service roles within the food industry is beneficial. Basic math skills necessary for processing cash transactions accurately and managing inventory levels.
