In this role, you will assist customers in selecting products, provide exceptional customer service, and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and be able to build relationships with customers. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on flooring products. Help customers to select appropriate designs and materials that will best suit their needs. Maintain an organized and attractive merchandise display to enhance the shopping experience. Requirements Prior work experience or familiarity with flooring products and home design. Strong communication skills in English. Strong computer skills and basic math skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
