Use POS systems to process sales, financing, and returns accurately and efficiently. Meet or exceed individual and store sales and performance goals. Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. Educate customers on product features, warranties, and care instructions. Follow company policies for cash handling, inventory checks, and security. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and sales techniques. Collaborate with team members and leaders to support store operations and promotions.
