This position is responsible for safely operating company box trucks to pick up donations, assisting in the store to support overall operations, and providing excellent customer service to build relationships with donors and customers.

Responsibilities:

Enjoy interacting with customers and provide excellent customer service during pickups or in the store. Safely operate a 16-ft box truck (non-CDL) to pick up donated goods, furniture, and other items Physically load and unload donations, ensuring items are handled respectfully and securely Evaluate, clean, and merchandise donated items within the store Work effectively alone or in a team Remain flexible in an ever-changing thrift environment

Schedule & Pay:

40 hours/week - Day shift hours Saturday availability required, no Sundays $20 per hour Benefits - medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, and more!

Qualifications:

At least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Pass a background check; no convictions related to theft, violence, or sexual assault Be reliable, punctual, and ready to work full-time Able to work independently or as part of a team Strong customer service and communication skills required Previous driving or delivery experience required Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50-75 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting, bending, etc.) Customer service experience is a must, and any experience with furniture delivery is strongly preferred.
