Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately. Restock merchandise and maintain organized displays. Keep the sales floor clean, neat, and inviting. Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally. Assist with receiving and organizing inventory. Follow company policies and safety procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals. Seasonal Must have weekend availability Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
