Oil Stores Specialist:

Duties:

Achieve 100% customer satisfaction 100% on time delivery 100% satisfaction of quality standards 100% correct sequencing Focus on continual improvement and operational efficiency through excellence in receiving, identifying, inspecting, and assurance of quality and inventory control of inbound and outbound shipments Measure and report the effectiveness of activities and employees performance Communicate job expectations and coach employees Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems Maintain records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status Review and communicate changes needed to established Work Instructions (WIS) as needed; continually analyze for areas to improve existing processes Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Set clear team goals Oversee day-to-day operation of Oil Stores Discover training needs and provide coaching Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Ensure the safety of the team members assigned to your area of responsibility Ensure defects are within company standards as well as all other key performance indicators Ensure all team members are following the posted work instructions Maintain a clean and organized the working areas following 5

S Qualifications:

Must pass a drug screen and Nationwide background check Must be flexible to work any schedule, and potential daily overtime and some weekends Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance Ability to speak, read, and write English required Basic math skills required Verbal and written communication skills required Ability to stand, walk, squat, stoop for 8-12 hour shifts Ability to work in a non-climate controlled area (where applicable) Accurate attention to detail Ability to follow written work instructions Must pass in-house hazmat certification testing
