Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
This individual is responsible for marketing Retail merchandise to guests and stocking the retail area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position) Markets retail merchandise to guests. Stock and re-stock the Retail area to ensure an adequate inventory of all goods. Perform cash and/or credit transactions with guests. Maintains current knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures-including precheck and cashiering procedures. Ensures guest satisfaction with effective communication, customer assistance, direction, and information provided within company policies and guidelines Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Attend seminars when needed.
EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis) High School diploma or equivalent required. Cashiering/money handling experience in making accurate change in a fast-paced environment or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
(Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.): Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission. Must successfully pass background check. Must successfully pass drug screening. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours. Prior experience in the Gaming industry strongly required.
KNOWLEDGE OF
Pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations. Hard Rock operations.

Deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
