This is a sales-focused position , and one of the most important parts of the job is calling and nurturing leads . You must be comfortable picking up the phone, calling prospective members, starting conversations, following up consistently, and helping move leads from initial interest to an appointment and ultimately a membership. We are looking for someone who is self-accountable and takes ownership of their leads, follow-up, sales goals, and responsibilities without needing constant reminders. What You'll Do Make daily outbound calls to new and existing leads Consistently nurture prospects through phone calls and text follow-up Build relationships with prospects and learn about their fitness goals Schedule prospective members for introductory experiences Present membership options and confidently close membership sales Maintain accurate lead notes and follow-up activity in our CRM Work toward individual and studio sales goals Provide exceptional customer service to current members Participate in local marketing events, community events, and promotional pop-ups Help generate new leads and build awareness of BODY20 in the community Complete BODY20 Coach Certification and assist with prospective member workouts and the sales experience as needed Who We're Looking For C omfortable on the phone and calling leads Self-motivated and self-accountable High energy with a positive, can-do attitude Fitness-focused and genuinely interested in health and wellness Willing to complete BODY20 Coach Certification Confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people Persistent and consistent with follow-up Comfortable selling and asking for the business Motivated by goals, results, and commission opportunities Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups Coachable and receptive to feedback Reliable and willing to take ownership Comfortable representing BODY20 at marketing pop-ups and community events A team player who contributes to a positive, high-performance culture

Part-Time Schedule:

(could be Full-time for the right person) We are looking for part-time team members who can help provide coverage during the following times:

Mornings:

approximately 7:00 AM-11:00

AM Evenings:

approximately 4:00 PM-8:00 PM Saturday mornings: approximately 8:00 AM-12:00 PM You do not have to be available for every time block. However, candidates with flexibility across multiple mornings, evenings, and/or Saturdays are especially valuable to our team. Experience Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.
