Role:

This position supports daily operations at a new UPS Store franchise location in Brannon Crossings . Associates provide excellent customer service while actively driving sales and upselling shipping, printing, and business services.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and upsell shipping, printing, and retail services Educate customers on service options and value-added solutions Provide friendly, professional customer service Operate POS and computer systems Handle packages and lift up to 50 lbs Maintain a clean, organized store Learn and perform notary services (training provided if needed)
