This role includes customer service, checkout, restocking, and helping maintain our fun in-store features, including the ramen bar, photo booths, and gachapon machines. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers Operate the register and process transactions Restock products and organize displays Maintain cleanliness in the store aisles and dining areas Assist with photo booths, gachapon machines, and daily store operations Follow food safety and store procedures Skills & Qualifications Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and willing to learn Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience is a plus Interest in Korean food, culture, and products is a plus
