We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers over the phone and in person, is open to learning about durable medical equipment (DME), and takes pride in being accurate, efficient, and compassionate.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous, professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and inventory Assist with special orders, payment processing, and resolving customer issues Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records Ensure inventory is well-stocked and organized Follow company procedures and documentation guidelines Support other clerical and administrative tasks as needed
