We are a friendly team of people all focused together on providing great customer service to our customers. We will train you on our POS system. We all work together as one team, with people having varied responsibilities. This is a

DETAILED COMPUTER

position. You must have computer experience. We also highly value and recommend demonstrated experience with graphics and computers.

Our work environment includes:

Interacting with customers and employees-customer service skills needed! Safe work environment On-the-job training Using Computers and a complicated POS (Point of Sale) system

Responsibilities:

• Interact with our customers who travel to the store and those that email or call the store to provide outstanding and detail oriented customer service, with follow up as needed.
• Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Unpacking new merchandise, picking orders, waiting on customers and shipping orders.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Must be able to climb stairs and use ladder as needed.
• Learn to use and operate our commercial embroidery and heat press machines which are both computer driven machines.

This is required of this position.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• You must have experience with Computer driven programs in the workplace.

WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO LEARN OUR SPECIALTY WORK.

Pay:

$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 22.5 per week
