Description:
The campus store associate will provide exceptional customer service and keep our customers' needs in mind while helping them find products. The associate will be positive, inclusive, and collaborative in meeting the needs of our customers of all ages.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
  • Create a positive, inviting environment for customers.
  • Be flexible in performing various responsibilities (i.e., cashier, returns, other duties as assigned)
  • Multitask on merchandising and sales responsibilities while maintaining a neat and clean store.
  • Rotating stock and filling shelves.
  • Keep all supplies in stock and organized.
  • Other duties as assigned.
This is a part-time position, 12-18 hours per week, with a varying schedule, which includes nights and weekends.
Requirements:
  • Obtaining a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Customer service and multitasking is a must.
  • Comfortable with interacting with customers of all ages.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and other school community members.
Organizational and detail-oriented work style.
