In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales of used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, strong communication skills, and a dedication to ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting used vehicles that meet their needs and preferences Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options Conduct customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Facilitate the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, including test drives and paperwork Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends to effectively advise customers Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales area and vehicles on display Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance Requirements Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred, especially within the automotive industry or used vehicle sales Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions confidently Basic knowledge of automotive features and specifications is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals Valid driver's license may be required for test drives or dealership operations This Sales Associate position offers an opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a dynamic environment while helping customers find the perfect used vehicle.
