Thach is a Cape Cod-born clothing brand and curated retail destination. Alongside our own Thach collections, our shop features a carefully selected mix of emerging and established brands from around the world. We're a growing, hands-on small business, and our store is an important extension of the Thach brand. We want every person who walks through the door to feel welcomed, comfortable, and excited to discover something new. The Role We're looking for a Retail Sales Advisor to join our team for the Fall thru Christmas season, primarily on weekends with potential weekday work as well. This is a customer-facing role for someone who is warm, trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely enjoys working with people and clothing. Our ideal candidate has previous retail experience and is confident taking ownership of their shift. You should be comfortable working independently, making good judgment calls, and maintaining a welcoming and well-kept store environment throughout the day. Responsibilities Create a warm, friendly, and personalized experience for every customer Help customers with styling, sizing, product knowledge, and recommendations Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other transactions through our POS system Open and/or close the store as scheduled Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful sales floor throughout the day Restock, fold, steam, and merchandise products as needed Keep fitting rooms, displays, counters, and back-of-house areas tidy Assist with receiving and organizing new inventory Become knowledgeable about Thach products as well as the third-party brands we carry Take initiative and help with the day-to-day needs of the shop Represent Thach with a positive, professional, and upbeat attitude Who We're Looking For Previous retail experience is required . We're especially looking for someone who is: Dependable, trustworthy, and responsible Friendly and genuinely enjoys talking with customers Confident working independently and taking initiative Organized and attentive to detail Comfortable opening and closing a retail store Naturally helpful without being overly sales-focused Interested in fashion, styling, and the Thach brand Willing to pitch in wherever needed — we're a small team! Weekends required Above all, we're looking for someone we can trust to take pride in the shop and treat it with the same level of care that we do.
