MOMS is a family owned and operated business opening its first location in Manchester, NH selling pre-owned motorcycles. With an industry leading customer service process, we were afforded the opportunity to broaden our market by opening locations in Foxboro and Boston, MA as well as Northern NH; all while acquiring several premium OEM brands. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts & Accessory Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring that the showroom floor is well-stocked and organized. You will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience in our dealerships Parts & Accessory department! Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Sales of Jerseys, Pants, Helmets, Jackets, Boots, T-Shirts, Accessories, & Powersports Hard parts Maintain an organized sales floor by stocking merchandise, ensuring displays are appealing, and managing inventory levels. Process customer orders both over the phone and in-store. Stay informed about market trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid Drivers License (motorcycle endorsement preferred) Skills Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively. Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an orderly sales environment. Detail orientation Strong computer skills Powersports dealership or relevant experience is a plus. Lightspeed DMS experience preferred for inventory management. Knowledge of market trends relevant to the products being sold. Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
