Budtender - Night Shift | Smokey Leaf We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable Evening Shift 3pm to 10:30pm Budtender to join the Smokey Leaf team.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection. Educate customers on cannabis products, including flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, and concentrates. Operate the POS system accurately and process transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor. Check inventory and restock products as needed. Follow all company policies and cannabis compliance requirements. Complete closing duties, including cleaning, organizing, and securing the store. Handle the night shift responsibly and ensure the store is ready for the next day. Work as part of a team and maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Requirements:

Must be 21+ and meet all applicable cannabis employment requirements. Previous dispensary, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evening/night hours. Ability to work independently and stay productive during slower periods. Cannabis product knowledge is a plus.

Pay:

$17.00 per hour
