As a Team Member of The UPS Store you will have the following duties: Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service Assist customers to determine the best way to ship their packages Assist customers with document services Pack merchandise for shipment and process the shipment Ring sales in a computerized register Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and other tasks that are included on job assignments The position requires standing, bending and reaching. Frequent lifting of 40-50 pounds Requirements Team Members should have these qualities: Have a helpful, friendly attitude Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills Basic computer knowledge
