Due to a recent promotion on our sales staff, Durand GMC Cadillac, has an opening for a sales associates to staff our retail sales operations at our dealership on Route 2 in Leominster. No high pressure or corporate sales goals just a friendly helpful atmosphere to assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right vehicles. Industry leading compensation with a significant base pay rate and substantial multi-level monthly bonus plan for achieving sales volume, CSI and F&I objectives. Large inventory of new and pre-owned GMC and Cadillac cars, trucks and SUVs and used GM and other make vehicles to sell from. Substantial repeat customer base to work with and an aggressive on-line advertising program with a progressive marketing strategy to develop new customers. Five day work schedule with no Sundays or late nights. We close at 6:00 in the winter and 6:30 in the summer. Previous auto sales, BDC or other related sales experience very helpful for consideration.
