Job Summary Join the growing team at Lynn City Greens! We recently opened our doors and are looking for friendly, motivated Part-Time and Full-Time Budtenders to grow with us. If you're passionate about customer service and interested in the cannabis industry, you'll help customers find the right products, provide a welcoming experience, and be part of an exciting new dispensary as we continue to expand. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Educate customers on cannabis products, including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and accessories. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all state regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor. Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations. Follow all company policies and cannabis compliance procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Retail, hospitality, or cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required. Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Comfortable learning about cannabis products and staying up to date on new inventory. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and accurate point-of-sale transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
