As a Customer Service Representative at Anton's Cleaners - you will be the first person that customers meet when they enter the store. You will be responsible for keeping accounts up to date, answering questions, and ensuring a 5-star experience each visit. We are looking for a candidate to work Saturdays only Our customer service representatives are the face of Anton's - providing a welcoming environment for our customers. In this role you will process dry cleaning orders, sign up new customers, explain new services, retrieve orders, tender payment, answer phones, and assist in other daily projects as assigned by the manager.
