We're looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented person to join our small team. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service and sales with behind-the-scenes consignment processing . We're a busy, growing shop, so the right person will be comfortable switching gears throughout the day, working at a steady pace, and seeing what needs to be done without always being asked. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service Operate the POS system and handle customer transactions Assist customers with clothing, accessories, and designer merchandise Receive and pre-sort incoming consignments Evaluate items for condition, style, season, and suitability for the shop Research brands, retail pricing, and resale value Enter, price, tag, hang, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor Help maintain an organized and visually appealing shop Assist with merchandising, restocking, and keeping both the sales floor and processing areas organized Help with special events, seasonal transitions, and sales Pitch in wherever needed as part of a small team Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Friendly and confident interacting with customers Fast-moving and productive while still paying attention to detail Comfortable taking initiative and moving on to the next task without waiting for direction Organized and able to prioritize when several things need attention at once Interested in fashion, brands, retail, or resale Comfortable learning new technology and researching products online Able to accept feedback and adapt as you learn A positive, professional team member Previous retail, consignment, resale, fashion, hospitality, or customer-service experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with contemporary and designer brands is a plus, but a willingness and ability to learn is equally important. Schedule This is a part-time position . Weekday availability is especially helpful. Some weekend availability may be needed for coverage, special events, and busy sale periods. Please include your general weekly availability when applying. Compensation $18-$22 per hour , depending on relevant experience and ability to take on responsibilities independently.
