Duties Greet guests warmly, assist with merchandise selection, and provide expert advice on golf equipment and accessories Handle cash transactions accurately, process sales, and maintain proper cash handling procedures Manage reservations for tee times and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop and surrounding areas Support event management efforts during tournaments or special events by assisting with setup, guest registration, and coordination Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Assist with food service operations when needed, including serving snacks or beverages to guests Requirements Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail environments preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking situations Experience in conflict management and guest relations to handle diverse situations professionally Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable experiences!
