Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring excellent service and a positive experience for our customers. You will assist in various tasks within the restaurant or retail environment, contributing to a collaborative and efficient team atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Handle food safely and adhere to all health and safety regulations. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Operate the POS system for order processing and payment transactions. Support with food preparation and Cleaning tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
