Fine Wine Shop | Easton, MD Opening Fall 2026 A new, independently curated fine wine shop opening in Easton is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fine Wine & Spirits Sales Associate to join our team. Featuring approximately 1,000 wines, 350 premium spirits, and a carefully selected assortment of specialty beers, our shop is dedicated to exceptional products, personalized recommendations, and building lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service and personalized wine, spirits, and beer recommendations Help customers select products for dinners, gifts, entertaining, and special occasions Build relationships with customers and learn their preferences Maintain product knowledge through tastings and ongoing education Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately Receive, stock, and organize merchandise Assist with inventory management and merchandising Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive retail environment Support special events and in-store tastings What We're Looking For Experience in wine retail, specialty retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused sales environment Strong knowledge of wine or a genuine passion for learning Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Ability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds Wine certifications such as WSET, CMS, or CSW are a plus, but not required.
