Job Summary Carsology is a fast-growing automotive customization shop specializing in premium window tint, paint protection film (PPF), color change wraps, detailing, and vehicle protection services. We are looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk & Sales Associate to become the face of our business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while helping convert leads into scheduled appointments. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media inquiries Schedule appointments using our booking software Provide quotes for window tint, PPF, wraps, and detailing services Collect customer deposits and process payments Follow up with estimates and unsold leads Recommend products and services based on customer needs Keep customer records accurate and organized Request Google reviews after completed appointments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office Assist with daily administrative tasks and support shop operations Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Sales or customer service experience preferred Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required—we provide training What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($19.00-$22.00/hour) Monthly performance bonuses Paid training Career advancement opportunities as Carsology continues to grow Friendly and professional work environment Employee discounts on Carsology services We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly and outgoing Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented Self-motivated Comfortable talking with customers Eager to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding company We're not looking for someone to simply answer phones—we're looking for someone who wants to help build one of Maryland's premier automotive customization companies.
