As a Restoration Team Member (officially called a Mitigation Technician), you help clean and prepare homes and buildings after damage from water, fire, or storms so families and businesses can get back to normal. As a Paul Davis Restoration Crew Member you will... Be a part of a supportive team culture and strong commitment to safety.​ What you'll do Load and unload materials and equipment, and keep trucks and tools clean and organized.​ Set up and run drying and cleaning equipment (we train you how to use everything).​ Help with cleanup after floods, fires, and other property damage under the direction of a supervisor.​ Assist with simple temporary repairs, like tarping roofs or boarding up windows and doors.​ Pitch in with warehouse or shop tasks when needed and support teammates on job sites.​ Be reachable by phone and occasionally take on-call shifts for emergency jobs.​ Why this is a good next step Good, predictable hourly pay with the chance to earn more as you gain skills and certifications.​ Paid, on-the-job training so you can learn a trade, not just have another job.​ Clear path to roles like Lead Technician or Supervisor for people who show up, work hard, and want to advance your career. Show up on time, work hard, and like being part of a team that has each other's backs. Can be respectful and polite with customers who may be stressed after a flood or fire. Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Can lift up to 75 lbs. and stay on your feet most of the day. Are 21 years or older and can pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and have a clean driving record. Have a High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 25% of the time within a vehicle.
