The Lead Budtender at Crabtree Dispensary is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Budtenders report to the General Manager (GM). Responsibilities Assigning cash drawers to other budtenders and yourself Supervising other budtenders on same shift as the manager on duty Running a POS station and covering the online order picking/packing station Closing out shifts (close drawers, cash counts, oversee store cleaning, move racks into vaults, and put cash in safe) Qualifications High school diploma At least one year budtending experience in Maryland Experience with Dutchie POS preferred Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends) to meet business needs Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance Must be 21 years or older Must pass any and all required background checks Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Crabtree Dispensary Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations and passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws Ability to work a 8 hours daily Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds Skills Must be proactive, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills Continuously open to constructive, developmental feedback, ability to maintain composure even in difficult situations Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information and complying with HIPPA requirements Ability to resolve conflict, handle employee and customer complaints, and settle disputes Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Budtender incentive program Employee discount Crabtree Dispensary, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
