You'll greet and qualify customers, present vehicle options, conduct product demos and test drives, and guide buyers through pricing, financing, and paperwork. Working with a collaborative, customer-focused team, you'll build lasting relationships, follow up on leads, and meet sales goals while delivering honest, transparent service. Responsibilities Greet and qualify showroom and online customers to understand needs and budget Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, features, and benefits Arrange and accompany customers on test drives while ensuring safety and compliance Explain pricing, incentives, financing, and leasing options clearly and accurately Prepare, review, and submit purchase and lease paperwork with attention to detail Use CRM and dealership tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer records Meet or exceed individual and team sales and customer satisfaction targets Collaborate with finance, service, and management to ensure a smooth buying experience Stay current on product knowledge, inventory, and competitor offerings Uphold dealership standards for professionalism, appearance, and ethical sales practices Required Skills Automotive product knowledge Sales negotiation Customer relationship management (CRM) Retail sales processes Lead generation and prospecting Financing and lease basics Test drive facilitation Upselling and cross-selling Deal documentation and compliance MS Office or dealership software (DMS/CRM)
