Background The Olney Cropdusters are based in Olney, Maryland, and are a member of the Cal Ripken Sr. Collegiate Baseball League, one of the premier collegiate summer baseball leagues in the country. The team plays at First Responders field at Servpro Stadium in Olney MD and is a proud staple of the local community. Job Summary The Cropshop Leader Intern will manage our team store operations and ensure fans have a great experience buying our merchandise. You will oversee inventory, coordinate with our design team, and manage the game day staff at the shop. Essential Functions Manage the Cropshop during all home games by selling merchandise and talking with fans Oversee and manage the interns who will assist you during games Ensure all inventory and stock levels are accurate and up to date Manage our website store and make sure all online orders are mailed out properly Lead the post game cleanup crew by collecting trash and driving it to the dumpster with the golf cart Assist other departments when requested or needed Must have housing for the summer.
