Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, delivers excellent customer service, assists with sales transactions, and ensures a positive shopping experience for every customer. Duties Greets and assists customers at the front counter. Handles shipping, receiving, mailbox services, and general inquiries. Processes transactions via POS system. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the store. Handles small business print orders, color & b/w copies, Scanning, Lamintating, Binders Manages mail and package intake and sorting for mailbox holders. Graphics Designer and Notary would be plus (salary would be higher) Experience Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in-person and over the phone. Experience in upselling products is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours , including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
