Job Description
Music & Arts is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to drive retail sales and support music education in our busy store. In this customer-facing role, you'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You'll open and close the store, process sales and rentals, maintain merchandising standards, and support inventory and repairs intake. You'll collaborate closely with lesson staff and school service reps, deliver outstanding service, and help meet store performance goals in a student-focused, team-oriented environment.
