Please Note:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Associate 21 or older to join our team! This is a permanent part-time position scheduled Tuesday

• Thursday afternoon Sunday at 11:00 am .

These are NOT seasonal positions—we DO NOT offer summer or temporary roles.

Responsibilities:

• Open and or close shop
• Greet and assist customers
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, and data entry
• Maintain product inventory
• Attend meetings and events
• Craft skin care products by following recipes
• Maintain the store cleanliness
• Must be able to follow simple instructions
• Package and ship online orders

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 or older
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Square, WooCommerce , Google and Microsoft word.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of common measurements ie : Grams , Pounds, Ounces etc.

This position is permanent part-time.
