Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and issuing receipts Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about store merchandise to enhance their shopping experience Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and replenished regularly Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring proper signage is in place Conduct basic retail math for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts as needed Follow safety procedures and store policies to ensure a secure shopping environment Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs Knowledge of retail store product lines and merchandising techniques Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or online Demonstrated skills in upselling, customer service, and product demonstrations Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required Join us in creating an energetic shopping environment where every customer leaves satisfied!
