This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build real experience in customer engagement, account support, communication, and business development. You'll work directly with customers, learn Verizon Fios solutions, and become a trusted point of contact throughout the customer experience. What You'll Own Engage directly with customers to understand customer needs, preferences, and connectivity goals. Introduce Verizon Fios products and services based on individual customer needs. Explain service options, features, and benefits clearly and accurately. Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process. Maintain a strong customer experience from the initial conversation through follow-up. Keep customer information organized and communicate updates when needed.
