ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join us in a blended Sales Associate and Administrative Support role. This position is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants a front-row seat to how a small manufacturing business actually runs — from customer inquiry to boat delivery. You'll work closely with ownership and gain exposure across sales, operations, and marine products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support inbound sales inquiries — phone, email, and walk-ins — and help move prospects through the sales process Assist with administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, order tracking, and recordkeeping Help prepare boats for delivery, including rigging and painting as needed Support marketing and customer outreach efforts Keep the shop and office organized and running smoothly Learn the product line inside and out — and take pride in what we build

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Valid driver's license — required Go-getter attitude with a genuine entrepreneurial mindset Interest in learning how small businesses operate from the ground up Organized, reliable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats Boat knowledge or a marine background is a plus — but not required; we'll teach the right person Comfortable with light physical work (rigging, painting, yard tasks)
