Overview As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Circle K, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that makes every customer's visit enjoyable. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, including product information and recommendations Operate the cash register accurately, handling retail sales transactions, cash handling, and cash drawer management Conduct product demos and upselling to promote store merchandise and increase sales opportunities Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure an attractive and well-maintained store appearance Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone Assist with inventory management by stocking products and supporting merchandising efforts Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Qualifications Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and responsibly Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create welcoming interactions Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in growth opportunities within the team Basic math skills for balancing cash drawers, processing transactions, and managing stock levels Join us at Circle K where your energy fuels our success!
