Position Overview Market Express is looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in doing quality work. Our Lead Store Associates are trusted team members who help keep the store running smoothly, assist with training newer employees, and set the standard for customer service and store appearance. If you're someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and being part of a team that values accountability, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service every shift. Operate the register accurately and efficiently. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store. Prepare food and beverages while following food safety standards. Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and merchandising. Help train and support new team members. Identify opportunities to improve store operations. Handle customer concerns professionally. Assist management with daily operational tasks. We're Looking For Someone Who Is reliable and consistently shows up ready to work. Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Works well without constant supervision. Takes ownership of their responsibilities. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Communicates well with customers and coworkers. Has previous retail, grocery, restaurant, or convenience store experience (preferred but not required).
