Working Manager / Budtender Jailhouse Cannabis Co. - Bellaire, MI Jailhouse Cannabis Co. is looking for a dependable, motivated Working Manager / Budtender to join our team at our Bellaire location . This is a hands-on position for someone who can provide great customer service, work alongside the team, and help keep the store running smoothly during their shift. Schedule & Pay Approximately 20-30 hours per week Most shifts are 3:00 PM-9:30 PM every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (set schedule available) Hourly pay + tips Evening and weekend availability is important Responsibilities Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service Assist customers with product selection and questions Perform budtender and point-of-sale duties Help oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts Support and work alongside other team members Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store Follow all company policies and Michigan cannabis compliance requirements Help ensure closing procedures and daily responsibilities are completed properly Requirements Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts Must be able to pass a background check Must have reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable taking responsibility and helping lead a team Cannabis retail or management experience is a plus, but we encourage qualified candidates to apply If you're reliable, hardworking, enjoy working with people, and are interested in joining the Jailhouse Cannabis Co. team, we'd like to hear from you.
