Budtenders build relationships with customers in order to advise them on potential benefits of different products and strains based on their wants and needs. This is a SALES position. There will be sales goals for the stores that the budtenders will work towards. There are also personal sales competitions with product and cash prizes. What you'll do... Actively listen to customer needs/wants Advise and suggest products and strains that would coincide with their needs Upsell products and sell add-on items to raise average sales Explain proper usage of products Inform customers about loyalty program What we're looking for...
