Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Wellness Retail Sales Associate specializing in Vitamins & Supplements! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their health and wellness journeys. Your enthusiasm for health products, combined with your exceptional customer service skills, will inspire shoppers to make informed choices. You'll actively promote our wide range of vitamins, supplements, and wellness products while ensuring a welcoming store environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your retail expertise and make a positive impact on our community's well-being. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations based on their health goals Conduct engaging product demos to showcase the benefits and features of vitamins, supplements, and wellness items Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling Maintain well-stocked shelves by stocking and merchandising products effectively to enhance store presentation Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and proper dosage to support informed purchasing decisions Upsell complementary products and promote ongoing wellness programs to maximize sales opportunities Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing clear information about products and store services Qualifications Prior retail sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, or grocery stores, with a strong understanding of retail math and cash drawer handling Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail environment is a plus Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Experience with POS systems, cashiering, retail transactions, and stock management is preferred Knowledge of retail store product knowledge related to vitamins, supplements, and health products is highly desirable Strong customer service orientation with the ability to educate and assist customers effectively Familiarity with merchandising techniques and product demos to enhance the shopping experience Join us in creating a lively shopping environment where health meets happiness!
